On a lathe in a wood shop that has been in family existence since 1911.

Similar to a potter’s wheel, a lathe continuously rotates the piece of wood, allowing it to be cut into sculptural forms using hand-held tools. Our conscious decision to manufacture the figures in the USA from sustainable wood is a nod to the future our children will inherit.
